All our products come with a full 12 months warranty as standard. Your welcome to Extend your warranty at anytime from us. If your out of warranty dont worry, we stock all parts and offer an unrivalled replacement service at cost to our customers.

We are here to stay, being in the business over 10 years now we can support you in time to come to give you a peace of mind over your purchase.

 

Galaxy showers ltd warrants to the original consumer purchaser (“you”) the following about your new shower unit, when purchased from us only. We will give you a full 12 months parts warranty from day of receipt unless you purchase extended contract. This includes only replacement of failed parts and not any labour or fitting of, you must swap the parts over

We only provide the shower units to customers and do not fit them but we can give full advice (see installation videos). You will need a qualified plumber and electrician to fit to validate your 12 months parts warranty.

We will not be held responsible for any damage or leaks etc from installation of these shower units, or incorrectly fitted units. This is the responsibility of your qualified installer.

Extent Of Warranty

This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of showers direct when purchased and originally installed within the United Kingdom. This warranty begins on your delivery date of the unit. This warranty ends upon any transfer of ownership, or if the unit is installed or relocated outside of the United Kingdom by the original consumer purchaser prior to the expiration of the warranty period.

Limitations

Except as described above, this warranty does not cover defects or damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, alteration without showers direct ltd written consent, accident, acts of God, misuse, abuse, commercial or industrial use, use of an accessory not approved by showers direct ltd failure to follow Manual, or repairs made or attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative of showers direct Alteration includes, but is not limited to, any component or plumbing change, or electrical conversion.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GALAXYSHOWERS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE OF THE SHOWER UNIT OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COSTS, EXPENSES, OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE REMOVAL OF ANY CUSTOM FIXTURE OR ANY COST TO REMOVE OR REINSTALL THE SHOWER UNIT, IF NEEDED. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE
